Last year I attended EUDEMONIA.

Eudemonia is an ancient Greek word that means human flourishing, well-being, a life well lived (in the words of @seanhoess , it’s founder)Just by its name, I was intrigued. As a lifestyle and wellness coach, it speaks to so much of what I believe.

There are more and more wellness events popping up everywhere, but EUDEMONIA felt different. What stood out to me was its understanding that the lifestyle pillars are not an accessory to health and longevity. They are THE foundation:

Movement. Nutrition. Sleep. Connection. Purpose. Recovery.

And then there was something I didn’t expect: art and music woven throughout the experience. It’s not every day you walk into a convention center and are greeted by dancers, or spend an intermission between expert talks listening to a live piano performance while watching the pianist’s brain activity in real time.

That combination of science, movement, health, art and human experience stayed with me.

So it feels especially meaningful to return to EUDEMONIA this year, this time as an ambassador. 🤍

The 2026 lineup already looks incredible. Tracy Anderson will be speaking about movement and longevity, a subject especially close to me after practicing her Method for more than 10 years. The day I took this picture (last one) I rushed out of class, since she was teaching in Miami and then headed to EUDEMONIA ✌🏽

3 days with more than +150 leading experts/innovator in different areas such as Andrew Huberman, Rich Roll and Jim Kwik among others.

HYROX has also just been announced, alongside daily classes and activations designed not just to talk about living well, but to let you experience it.

Need I say more?

OK… who’s coming with me? 🙋🏻♀️
