All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. All returns following the guidelines listed on this page, will be
accepted for store credit only. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available.

Apparel must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly
and tags must be in place. Apparel that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or is missing
tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the
return shipment.

FIT MAMA values 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our
office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred
by the purchaser.

Prior to shipping back your return, please fill out our return form.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the return arrival date to be contacted about your return (via email).
You will be contacted via email once this is done.

Shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Domestic and International return shipping is also
 not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not FITMAMA. Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.
