Bike Culture and Being a Hybrid Athlete by Erika Boom
Statistically the question that I get asked more often in this platform is how I breakdown my different disciplines throughout the week; The answer is “it depends on the time of the year”. I typically alternate among 3 practices: riding, tam & weights but the frecuency can vary in different months. During the summer months I tend to be alot outdoors, so cycling takes up alot more time in my schedule. If I wish to put some muscle mass on me, I will spend more time in the weight room. Right now, since the weather is changing and there’s a chill in the air, I personally like to tam in the cozy heat. Here is how my weekly breakdown is looking these days for moi and also, 1 thing a day!
